At FutureRoots Academy LR, we specialize in delivering digital vocational products (training toolkits, interactive guides, VR simulations, planners, and 3D resources). Since these are non-physical, instantly accessible items, our refund policy is limited but transparent.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:

  • Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains major defects that prevent normal usage.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  • Incorrect Delivery: You received a different product than the one described or purchased.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
